Burn Before Reading: A Carly Allen Story

Quote of the Day: 08.06.17

Guys, it's day two of my internship. Let's hope I'm having fun, making friends, making connections, doing big things. Who's to say. I know what I'm doing now though. It's two A.M., I'm eating tomato soup, watching Merlin. Guys, I don't even really like Merlin, but here I am. I only know the names of two characters and one of them is Merlin.

How many times on this blog have I said that it's 2 A.M. and I'm watching some random TV show? Or is that something I usually save for Twitter? Know that both here and on Twitter I talk way too much about crying in Target parking lots. Since I feel like I've been slacking, I've made a playlist of songs that are ideal for crying to in Target parking lots.

For the best experience, pull into the parking lot like an hour and a half before closing time. Choose a spot far away from the front door. Listen to any combination of these songs and just let yourself cry it out. Then, take a nice calming lap through Target. You're welcome.
