It all started when…

Seven friends got together and wanted to play more tennis. In 2000, they formed the Highland Park Tennis Club (HPTC) in an effort to grow the sport in the Pittsburgh area. HPTC has been offering free summer tennis lessons for people ages 5+ for all, including blind players and wheelchair users. Heaven on Earth follows the club as they prepare for the beginning of the 2023 season.
